Yorkshire Darts Throw Tungsten For Charity Raising £1,100.00

Dart players from across Yorkshire Male and Female came together as one at the Transport Club in Rotherham to raise funds for the Bringing Back A Smile Charity.The charity looks after children who suffer with life threatening illnesses by ways of breaks away with their family members and treats to days out along with surprise gifts.Founder of the charity Kevin Hill said without the help of Daz Layden who plays county darts for Yorkshire this event would not of been possible.The support we received from the people of Yorkshire was second to none from the walk on girls to the board marker and not forgetting the hospitality of the landlord.Also we would like to give a big thumbs up to xfactor star Michael Rice who travelled down to Rotherham and met up with local singer Joelle Taylor to bring to a end a fitting evening of top class entertainment singing some classic songs and bringing the club to their feet.We would just like to say on behalf of the charity thank you so much to everyone involved in raising an amazing £1,100.00 that will go towards bringing smiles back to them less fortunate-HOPE TO SEE YOU NEXT YEAR FOLKS XXX
