The Bringing Back A Smile Charity joined forces to make one cancer battler and her daughter flabbergasted as they donated a surprise spa break at Seaham Hall.Margaret Young aged 78yrs who lost her husband 11 years ago to cancer had a brief visit to hospital for a check up to only find that she had a cancerous tumour in her bowel and was admitted to the Freemans Hospital for emergency surgery to remove the growth.After 6 weeks of treatment her results came back to say she had the all clear but must attend regular checks for the next 5yrs.This is were Kevin Hill of The Bringing Back A Smile Charity and local Buisnessman Tony Clark from Sunderland decided to surprise the grandmother and daughter Karen to the surprise break.It was a wonderful afternoon at the Seaham Hall were Kevin,Tony and Viki Cameron from the charity wine and dined Margaret and Karen before they indulged in the spa facilities to end a much needed break after months of uncertainty all in all a fantastic day for two special people
