Yesterday the team called too Crook in County/Durham to visit Jayden Coulson and sister Emilia to surprise them with some chocolates and by the look of things Emilia seemed to have got the upper hand of who’s boss of the sweeties.Jayden is another warrior who has been through so much in his short life so we thought lets keep Jayden in good spirits another young boy who takes everything in his stride and we wish him and his family all the very best in the future.
