💙 Well today Bringing Back A Smile called in to see a lovely little boy called Benjamin who has just come out of hospital after major surgery we though we would cheer him up with some presents 🎁 and he was very much shocked to say the least here’s a little paragraph from mum of what he’s been through: This is the face of the bravest little boy I know ❤️
After undergoing a laparoscopic appendicectomy, he has been an absolute proper little trooper. Poor Benj had appendicitis when they started surgery they could see his appendix had ruptured and infection was just starting. I’m so pleased I knew a little about appendicitis and spotted the warning signs early as soon as the pain started Wednesday night and rang 111 getting him seen ASPA. I may be a overthinker but ALWAYS trust mothers instincts.
The last three days have been very tough for him, but he has handled everything so incredibly well. He’s been so brave through the pain, the hospital, the operation and now the recovery at home. 🥹❤️
He’s understandably a little sore and tired, but each day he’s getting a little stronger, and we’re taking everything at his own pace. He’s eating, drinking,
