Mandy Brunskill Director of Bringing Back A Smile called to surprise a special young lady from Crook in County/Durham.Maddison Pigford who suffers from Hereditary Spastic Paraplegia which limits her from walking she needs use of a walking frame and her condition is progressive.The last few months has been difficult for Maddison not being able to see her school friends so we thought we would surprise her with some arts & crafts to keep her occupied and by her smile i think we made her day a special one.
