Over the past few months the charity has been supporting the local elderly with hot meals during the covid crisis thank to a National Lottery Covid-19 Grant of £8,500.00 which was helped by government backing.Viki-Lee-Cameron who is events co-ordinator for the charity has been visiting the local elderly vulnerable in the County/Durham area delivering hot two-course meals which have been prepared by our lovely volunteer Shirley Hill who has worked tirelessly throughout the crisis to make sure people didn’t go without hot food.The charity will continue with its meals on wheels effort throughout these difficult times-See You All Soon.
