The Bringing Back A Smile team made a surprise trip to Hartlepool to surprise youngster Jacob who has been battling near blastoma from a very young age.The charity was contacted by Noahs grandfathers friend and work colleague Chloe Thompson who asked the charity founder Kevin Hill if he could arrange a little surprise for the youngster.The charity was only to happy to help when the visited the youngsters home in Hartlepool with some of he’s favourite superhero characters along with some superhero pyjama sets he’s smile really made the day worthwhile.We wish him all the very best with his treatments ahead and hope the outcome is a positive one.
